Ricardo, a recognized global workplace and real estate strategist, has extensive leadership experience across large portfolios. Throughout his career, he has devised and executed global strategies for both office and retail spaces, tailored to meet the needs of Fortune 500 companies. Notably, as the Group Property Manager Retail and Regional Workplace Strategist at Standard Chartered and CBRE, he spearheaded the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies. His orchestration of divestments and leadership in workplace strategies for flagship projects resulted in unprecedented footprint optimizations and substantial cost savings. Ricardo’s contributions to the CRE field extend to thought leadership initiatives, including authored and peer-reviewed articles on Workplace Experience, Space Efficiency, and Proptech.

Jeroen Lubbers

Jeroen is a seasoned corporate real estate and facilities leader with over 15 years of global experience across office, retail, semiconductor, warehousing, and data center environments. Known for his pragmatic and people-centered leadership style, he has consistently delivered high-impact real estate and workplace solutions for multinational organizations. He has held senior roles at companies such as JUUL Labs, Verifone, and Dolby Laboratories, where he led functions including real estate, facility operations, strategic sourcing, corporate travel, and corporate security. Jeroen is also deeply experienced in global operations, having worked across six countries and holding two master’s degrees in international security and intelligence. At ASML, Jeroen was instrumental in driving the company’s first generation of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) outsourcing, establishing a scalable, strategic approach to accommodate the company´s hyper-growth. Jeroen is recognized for building and mentoring high-performing, multidisciplinary teams and for his ability to align corporate real estate strategy with broader business goals.

As a Project and Change Manager, he aligns projects with strategic goals to enhance outcomes. He specializes in business improvements and greenfield projects, focusing on efficiency and compliance through workplace, technology, and process enhancements. Skilled in project governance and stakeholder management, Avinash ensures strategic alignment and manages risks, milestones, and costs for measurable results.
